Cindy Rodriguez, Owner and Pet Sitter

Cindy is a lifelong lover of animals big and small. She believes in being a voice for the voiceless and volunteers with Carolina P.A.W.S. and The Coalition to Unchain Dogs. These non-profit organizations have enhanced her love and learning of animals.

Cindy has had pets since the age of 2, and all were rescued from kill shelters or known dumping grounds for unwanted pets. "Rescuing these precious souls has taught me not to judge an animal by their breed or circumstance. With proper love, compassion, and support, an animal will give you a profound fulfillment of joy and comfort." Cindy has five pets of her own: 13-year old terrier mix, Benny; 2-year old terrier mix, Lola; 13-year old long-haired cat, Sassy; 9-year old tuxedo cat, Boots; and 5-year old orange and white cat, Pumpkin. She also fosters animals in need of a forever home.

Cindy is a licensed elementary teacher and has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Studies. She believes children and animals are the best parts of life.

Auggie, Pet Sitter

Hello there I’m Auggie. I do overnight sitting, dog walking, and regular pet sit visits.

I’ve been retired for several years and started helping my step daughter, Cindy, in 2017. I’m especially enjoying this second half of my employment years because the love from animals is a reward that I cherish.

I also volunteer with a non profit cat and dog rescue, Carolina P.A.W.S. I foster dogs and show them love, care, and protection in order to be ready for their forever family.

In my spare time I enjoy fishing, NASCAR races, being outdoors in nature, and gardening. My cat Shadow and I have fun watching the birds and squirrels eat their feast from the feeders in our backyard. I must say life is just better being in the company of animals.
